"I had the privilege to live at Melwood Place for two wonderful years! It is in the perfect location in the Jackson area and is only minutes away from anything you possibly need. Melwood Place is a true oasis in the hustle and bustle of Jackson, and the amenities are some of the best in the area. I always felt safe on the gated street and loved the direct access to my home via the driveway. The homes are modern and include updated appliances, and I adore the mid-century aesthetic of the property. That said, it offers a great, competitive price for the area. Likewise, the landlord is the best around. He truly cares for his tenants and makes Melwood Place feel like a community.
